Welcome to MapleAcademy. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Membership Terms

MapleAcademy offers a subscription-based membership that provides access to our library of online courses.

• Subscription Model: Memberships are billed on a monthly recurring basis
• Access: Active members have unlimited access to all included courses during their membership period
• Payment: You authorize us to charge your payment method monthly until you cancel
• No Commitment: There is no long-term contract or minimum commitment period

Automatic Renewal

Your membership will automatically renew each month on the anniversary of your subscription start date. Your payment method will be charged the then-current membership fee unless you cancel before the renewal date.

We will provide notice of any price changes at least 30 days before they take effect.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time:

• Cancellation can be completed through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will retain access to courses until the end of your paid period
• No refunds are provided for partial months of service
• You may re-subscribe at any time

Course Access and Content

All course content is provided digitally and for educational purposes only:

• Content is for your personal, non-commercial use
• You may not download, copy, distribute, or reproduce course materials
• Course availability may change; we reserve the right to add or remove courses
• Access is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on MapleAcademy are owned by or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal educational purposes only.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

Disclaimers and Limitations

No Guarantees: MapleAcademy provides educational content for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding:

• Educational outcomes, results, or grades
• Job placement, employment opportunities, or career advancement
• Skill acquisition or professional certification
• Earning potential or income increases

Individual Results Vary: Your success depends on your effort, prior knowledge, and individual circumstances. Past user experiences do not guarantee future results.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MapleAcademy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MapleAcademy harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to other users or our business.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MapleAcademy regarding your use of our services.
